1. We understand things happen and plans change. We can generally reschedule you at no extra charge if your
travel dates change, but please provide at least 4 weeks' notice. If you need to cancel completely and can alert
us at least 4 weeks in advance of your arrival date, we can refund your entire booking minus an INR 5000/- fee
per person.
2. We are unable to provide refunds or make any date changes to your booking if you cancel within 4 weeks of
your arrival. We book all hotels and tours in advance so are unable to give refunds on short notice (less than 4
weeks). Our general advice is that if you need to change plans please alert us as quickly as possible.
3. We suggest you pay the outstanding balance with a major currency on arrival. If you pay with a credit card in
Nepal we are required to charge a fee of 13% to cover local transaction fees.
4. Proof of travel insurance is mandatory before starting the trek. You only need to be covered on the policy for
the days you will actually be trekking.
Payment Policy:
In order to book the trip the guest needs to pay the deposit in India and rest can be paid either as cash or card in
Nepal on arrival. We accept all the major currencies in Nepal. Please note that any payment in Nepal via a
Credit/Debit Card will incur an additional 13% towards surcharges.
